After some poor nights, a respectable 14 species caught including the first Merveille du Jour for this year, very late compared with the last few years, plus 1 Mottled Umber, 1 Red-line Quaker, 1 Yellow-line Quaker, 1 Delicate and 1 Large Wainscot.

The best moth from the trap was a Merveille du jour. on a very windy night and a min temp of 11.7c degrees

24th October Only two moths on still and cooler night with a min temp of 7.6c degrees Beaded Chestnut and a Red-green Carpet
