On my daily walk I found good numbers of Pachyrhabda steropodes flying over ferns. This is an Australian introduction first found in Abbotsbury Gardens. Surprised it's not more widely distributed in West Dorset, but it seems easy to overlook (I've walked past this population who knows how many times!).

Also at Hardys, several cases of the bagworm Taleporia tubulosa, larvae of Psychoides filicivora on Polypodium sp., and the larvae of Metzneria lappella within burdock burs.
