Swallow-tailed Moth, Small Yellow Wave, Engrailed, Coronet, Clay, Clouded Silver and V-Pug among the visitors and a surprise in the form of Cydalima perspectalis the Box-tree Moth which seems to be continuing its expansion westwards.

NFY: Acleris kochiella, ghost moth, white plume, dot moth, Spilonota ocellana, Limnaecia phragmitella, Yponomeuta malinellus, Yponomeuta cagnagella, Catoptria pinella, oak nycteoline, yellow shell, light arches, Crambus perlella, Orthotella sparganella, tawney barred angle, brown tail, scarlet tiger 6, rosy footman, Crassa tinctella, muslin footman and Acrobasis suavella.Of note 7 leopard moth and 3 scarce silver-lines.

An amazing night with a record number of 104 species for this site including 1 Small China-mark (female), 1 Marbled Green, 1 Scarce Silver-lines, 1 Yarrow Plume, 1 Lilac Beauty, 1 Peach Blossom, 1 Large Emerald, 1 Blue-bordered Carpet, 4 Scarlet Tiger, 1 Catoptria pinella and 1 Ethmia dodecea. Best night here too - 87 species with a few more to sort out.  Highlight was FFG Cydia fagiglandana (ID by Phil Sterling).  FFY included: Bramble-shoot Moth (Notocelia uddmanniana), Eudonia delunella, Small Blood-vein, Small Yellow Wave, Swallow-tailed Moth, Blue-bordered Carpet, Garden Tiger, and Plain Golden Y.

A good night with 58 species, although it might have been better if the cloud had stayed. FFY C. consimilana, E. delunella, A. straminella, Phoenix, Scarlet Tiger (I had lots of caterpillars in the garden earlier in the year) and Clouded Brindle. Also a very nice Puss Moth.

61 species. Two NFF : orange moth and sloe pug. NFY:sycamore, Acleris notana, pale mottled willow, smokey wainscot, barred straw, Eudonia delunella, Nemophora degeerella, small waved umber and riband wave. Of note 9 Hedya pruniana, 5 Nemophora emophora degeerella and 29 heart and dart. Total 168.

A total of 268 moths of 29 species (although 195 were Heart & Dart). Among the rest were: Middle-barred Minor, Spectacle, Garden Pebble, Udea olivalis, Udea prunalis, Celypha striana, Scoparia pyralella and Scoparia ambigualis.

Several ffy's and improved species count of c23 micros that exceeded macros, although still all mainly singles, including: Treble Brown Spot, Dagger sp, Heart & Club, Luquetia lobella, Orthotaenia undulana, Eudonia lacustrata, Pyrausta purpuralis, Tortrix viridana, Archips podana, Ephestia sp. Among the others: L.forsterana, E.bilunana, U.olivalis, Cypress Carpet, Ingrailed Clay, Brn Rustic, Sm Blood-vein, Green Pug, Lackey, Coronet.

A sudden increase in species and numbers of moths. 73 species including FFG Buttoned Snout which was a big surprise. FFY European Corn-borer, Single-dotted Wave, Satin Wave, Sandy Carpet, May Highflyer and Plain Golden Y.

72 species.NFY: marbled white spot, red barred tortrix, mottled beauty 4, large fruit tree tortrix, green silver lines, may highflyer, herald, scalloped hooktip, notocelia trimaculana ,barred fruit tree tortrix, green oak tree tortrix, bramble shoot moth, calomotropha paludella and Aleimma loeflingiana.
